Accepted payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on your location, device and payment provider.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment providers displayed there. We do not ask for full payment card details by email.

Declined or pending payments

If a payment is declined, check your billing details and contact your payment provider. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. Contact us before submitting a duplicate order if you are unsure.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank may require additional processing time. Read our Return & Refund Policy.
