Shipping to the United States

KiBloom offers free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the United States. Availability is confirmed at checkout. If your address is not supported, checkout will not offer a shipping service.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are normally prepared within 24–48 hours on business days. Estimated total delivery is 8–9 business days from the order date, including processing. These estimates apply to our standard United States shipping service. If a product has a different estimate, it will be clearly stated before purchase. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We do not offer an express service unless it is explicitly available at checkout.

Where Orders Ship From

We work with fulfillment partners and suppliers. Products may ship directly from overseas, and items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. KiBloom remains your contact for delivery questions and problems.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan. For help, email hellokibloom@gmail.com with your order number.

Delays and Unshipped Orders

If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you, provide an updated shipment date where available, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If we cannot fulfill your order or do not obtain consent to a delay when required, we will cancel the unshipped items and refund the applicable payment. Store credit will not replace a legally required refund.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Check your address before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has started. If a package is missing, damaged or incorrectly marked as delivered, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Taxes and Import Charges

Applicable taxes and any import charges collected by KiBloom are shown before you pay. Any additional import charges that you are responsible for must be disclosed before purchase. Free shipping refers to the shipping charge and does not mean that a purchase is tax exempt.
